Driver Requirements

Age Policy
Minimum driver age is 21. Drivers under the age of 25 are subject to a daily young driver surcharge.

Valid License
A full, valid driver’s license held for at least one year is required. International permits may be needed.

Security Deposit
A major credit card in the driver's name is required for a security deposit at pickup.

Accepted Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. Cash and prepaid cards are not accepted for deposits.
Rental Policies
01 Mileage Allowance
Enjoy the freedom of the open road with our unlimited mileage policy for all daily rentals, allowing you to explore your destination without worrying about calculating distances or incurring surprise fees at the end of your rental period.
02 Fuel Policy
We operate on a 'Full-to-Full' basis to ensure maximum convenience. Pick up your vehicle with a full tank and simply return it the same way. This transparent policy guarantees you only pay for the fuel you actually use during your rental.
03 Smoke-Free Fleet
To ensure the comfort and health of all our guests, all vehicles in the Zippy fleet are strictly smoke-free. This standard includes all forms of vapor and tobacco products. A specialized cleaning fee will apply to any violations of this policy.
04 Pet Standards
We maintain a pet-free vehicle standard to cater to all our customers, including those with severe allergies. Service animals are permitted with prior notification to our support team to ensure and maintain our high vehicle care standards.
05 Vehicle Care
Renters are responsible for basic vehicle care and maintaining reasonable cleanliness throughout the journey. We expect every Zippy vehicle to be returned in the same condition as received, allowing the next traveler to enjoy their ride immediately.
06 Terms & Damage
A joint vehicle inspection is conducted at pickup and return. We encourage our guests to report any concerns immediately. The renter is liable for any significant new damage recorded during the final assessment at checkout.
