Rental Agreement Overview
All Rentals Are Subject To Our Standard Rental Agreement Signed At The Time Of Pickup. The Contract Governs The Legal Relationship Between Zippy Car Rental And The Renter, Defining All Rights And Obligations During The Rental Period.

Driver Requirements
Drivers Must Be Aged Between 21 And 75 And Possess A Valid Driver's License Held For At Least Two Years. International Visitors Are Required To Provide A Valid Passport And An International Driving Permit Where Locally Required.

Payments And Deposits
A Mandatory Security Deposit Is Held For The Duration Of The Rental Via A Major Credit Card. We Do Not Accept Debit Cards Or Cash For Security Deposits. Final Balance Payments Are Processed Upon The Successful Return And Inspection Of The Vehicle.

Damage And Liability
The Renter Assumes Full Responsibility For Any Theft Or Damage Occurred During The Rental Term. Supplemental Coverage Such As Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) Can Be Purchased To Significantly Reduce The Financial Liability To A Specified Excess Amount.

Prohibited Vehicle Usage
Our Vehicles Are Strictly Meant For Paved Road Use. Off-Roading, Towing, Racing, Or Transporting Hazardous Goods Is Prohibited. Smoking And Pets Are Not Allowed Inside Any Rental Vehicle; Violation Will Result In Specialized Cleaning Fees.

Cancellation Terms
Bookings Can Be Cancelled Free Of Charge Up To 48 Hours Before The Rental Start Time. Cancellations Made Less Than 48 Hours In Advance, Or Failure To Collect The Vehicle, Will Result In A Fee Equivalent To One Day's Rental Value.
